1 Acceptance of Terms

cb888 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification documents at any time. These may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill confirming your address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by cb888 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cb888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. cb888 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cb888 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast instant payment, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cb888 cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

Deposits are credited to your cb888 account balance in real time for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Raast. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. cb888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. • cb888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal that exceeds PKR 50,000 in a single transaction or PKR 200,000 within a rolling 30-day period.

• cb888 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cb888 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free chips, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all cb888 promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on cb888 — including sports bets, live casino wagers, slot spins, and instant game rounds — are final once confirmed. cb888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where cb888 determines in its sole discretion that an obvious error has occurred.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, cb888 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. cb888 will not be liable for any winnings that would have been generated during a period of technical disruption.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cb888 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one cb888 account.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports event manipulation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multi-player format.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the cb888 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of cb888 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cb888 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any cb888 content without prior written authorisation from cb888. Unauthorised use of cb888 intellectual property may result in legal action.
